As web usage has been increasing throughout the years, even if you don’t own a personal website, you most probably own a blog. Having a website without being able to track the number of visits and where they’re coming from is almost like putting your site to waste.
Here’s a quick one explaining the basic terms of web statistics so you can better appreciate the use of it. Keep in mind that the terms used by various web statistic services might differ a little from each other. Some might refer to “Unique visitors” as “New visitors” or “Referrers” as “Traffic sources” etc. But they share similar meanings.

As proclaimed by Adobe, Flash Player is the world’s most pervasive application runtime, with content distributed over 98 percent of Internet-enabled desktops.
I just have to take my hats off Apple each time they launch a new product.
Aside from mini notebooks, most notebooks are heavy and we all lived with that. Apple didn’t leave it at that, instead they came up with an innovative solution to solve that problem, by carving each new notebooks from a single piece of aluminum.

Adobe’s Creative Suite, the tools of our trade, is getting a bump onto it’s brand new version, Creative Suite – CS4. But it feels like we’ve only used CS3 for a while!
Hot from the stove! Apple have refreshed their line of iPods! You can find out about the new iPod Nano 4G, iPod Classics and iPod Touch from Apple’s website. Apart from the new iPods, iTunes 8.0 is out. The new firmware for iPhone / iPod Touch, 2.1, which is said to fix major bugs will be released on September 12 with some new features including the Genius which you can read about below.
The 2.1 update fixes bugs, and reduces the number of dropped calls experienced by iPhone users with the 2.0 software. It also signifcantly improve the battery life, less crashes, and provides “dramatically faster” backups to iTunes (what a relieve). New performance enhancements have also been made.

As a sucker for productivity tools, I am always looking around, reading reviews and trying out new native and web applications to manage my day to day life – personal or work wise. You might already be using some that you love or deem useful, but I would like to share 4 tools I use everyday for my personal life and Hex.
